Public Offer Agreement
1. General Provisions
1.1. This agreement is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) published on the official website of GlobalPoz Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”), available at porent.pl, and constitutes an official proposal by the Lessor to conclude a short-term rental agreement for properties under self check-in and online booking conditions.
1.2. Lessor: GlobalPoz Sp. z o.o., registered at: ul. Małeckiego 24A/2a, 60-708 Poznań, Poland, NIP: 7792572252, REGON: 528874196, KRS: 0001110262.
1.3. Acceptance of the Offer is made by the consumer (hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”) by making a reservation on the Lessor’s website or via other booking platforms (including Booking.com, Airbnb). From the moment of reservation, the Tenant and the Lessor are considered to have concluded an agreement under the conditions specified in this Offer and the House Rules.
2. Definitions
- Lessor – GlobalPoz Sp. z o.o., the entity offering properties for short-term rental.
- Tenant – an individual making a reservation and using the property.
- Property – an apartment, residential unit, or other premises intended for short-term stay, offered by the Lessor.
- Guests – the Tenant and all persons staying in the property with them, regardless of who made the booking.
- Website – porent.pl and related booking tools.
- Reservation – the act of selecting the period and conditions of stay and making payment according to the information on the website or booking platform.
- Self check-in – access to the property using instructions provided (e.g. key box, access code) without the physical presence of the Lessor’s representative.
3. Subject of the Offer
3.1. The subject of this Offer is the provision by the Lessor of properties for temporary use for the period specified by the Tenant during booking, with self check-in available.
3.2. Properties are made available for residential purposes for a period from one day up to the end date determined during the booking process.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Lessor undertakes to:
- Provide the property in a clean and habitable condition.
- Ensure the availability of amenities described in the property listing.
- Protect the confidentiality of the Tenant’s personal data in accordance with applicable law.
4.2. The Tenant undertakes to:
- Pay rent on time in accordance with the rates specified in the offer.
- Comply with this Offer and the House Rules.
- Vacate the property by the date agreed during the booking.
5. House Rules
5.1. These rules apply to all guests staying in the property, regardless of whether the booking was made via porent.pl, Booking.com, Airbnb, or any other platform.
- Personal details: at check-in the Tenant must provide accurate personal data: full name, country of residence, date of birth, phone number, email address, and ID document number.
- Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 07:00.
- Behavior and comfort: the stay must not disturb or cause discomfort to other guests or neighbors.
- Health condition: the health of the Tenant and accompanying persons must not pose a risk to others.
- Use of property: furniture, appliances, and equipment must be used carefully and appropriately.
- No smoking: smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the property.
- No pets: animals are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in the listing.
- No parties/events: parties and events are prohibited.
- Number of guests: must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
- Check-in/out: check-in from 15:00; check-out by 11:00.
- Security: keys or access codes may not be shared with third parties.
- Liability: the Tenant is financially liable for any damage caused to the property or its equipment.
- Termination: in case of serious violation of these rules (e.g. parties, exceeding guest limit, disturbing quiet hours, safety threats), the Lessor may terminate the contract immediately and evict the Tenant and guests without refund.
6. Payment
6.1. Payment is made online through the Lessor’s website or booking platform. The amount is based on the chosen stay period and listed rate.
7. Liability and Dispute Resolution
7.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of this agreement under Polish law.
7.2. Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the competent Polish court.
